I was born in Islamabad, Pakistan, in 1993. I earned my B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering from the International Islamic University, Islamabad, Pakistan, in 2015. Subsequently, I pursued and completed a Master’s Degree in Power Electronics from Soongsil University, Seoul, South Korea, in 2018.

During my master’s program, I served as a research assistant at the Renewable Energy Conversion Laboratory (RECL). In this role, I collaborated on a project with a Korean industrial partner of RECL, focusing on the development of a Bidirectional Converter and Power Control Algorithm to Stabilize the DC Voltage of a Hybrid AC/DC Microgrid.

From 2018 to 2023, I thrived as a Power Electronic Design Engineer at Advanced Drive Technology (ADTech) in Anyang, South Korea. During my tenure, I actively contributed to the hardware and software development of isolated and non-isolated DC/DC converters, stand-alone control algorithms for both single-phase and three-phase systems, totem pole Power Factor Correction (PFC), and the design of gate driver circuits for IGBT, MOSFET, and SiC semiconductors.

Presently, I am engaged in a Ph.D. program at the University of Innsbruck, Austria, in collaboration with Silicon Austria LABs and Infineon Technologies AG since May 2023. My research focus revolves around the development of a Multi-charging mode DC-DC converter aimed at maximizing Electric Vehicle (EV) battery lifetime during fast charging.
