Indrashis was born in Kolkata, India. He received his bachelor’s and master’s Degree in 2021 from Electrical Engineering department,  Indian Institute of Technology(IIT) Kharagpur, India with a specialization in Machine Drives and Power Electronics. His academic focus was on Innovative Battery Charging solutions combining PV for electric three wheelers.

He joined Jaguar land Rover, India as a Power electronics Engineer from 2021 to 2023, where he majorly worked on automotive isolated DC/DC converters for HV to LV conversion.

Presently, Indrashis is engaged in a Ph.D. program at TU Eindhoven, embarked upon in collaboration with Heliox Energy since November 2023. His research endeavors are centered around the development of cost-effective galvanic isolation solutions for Multi-outlet DC fast chargers.
